My name is Alexander Jong and I have a strong passion for educating and developing talents. I use my personal website as a platform to share my knowledge and to connect with like-minded people in the industry.

Background
I was born and raised in Amsterdam and have been living in the beautiful city of Haarlem for over 10 years now. In my teenage years, I started experimenting as a designer, which became my passion and hobby. It gave me the opportunity to be creative and entrepreneurial. I have worked for many clients in the Dutch music and entertainment industry.

Internet technology and marketing have always fascinated me. The fact that I could reach the rest of the world from my bedroom was mind-blowing to me.

After completing my study in Communication and Multimedia Design at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, I wanted to experience the business world and joined various digital agencies. During this time, I had the opportunity to lead different teams and developed my passion for attracting top talents, partly inspired by the Ajax youth academy.
